At Tohoma Karate, we are dedicated to the character development of each and every student and along with all the technical requirements listed below, each student’s attitude that is shown during class, or that we are told about by parent’s, is considered in the student’s promotion. These mentality requirements are very unique to each student which is why they are not listed the same way as the technical requirements. These may not be obvious in lower ranks as just like the technical side of Karate, the mentality requirements get stricter over time.
